Birth Preparedness – We have well structured classes for
expectant mothers and their partners and are conducted once
a month (On a Sunday Morning). Scientific information on the do’s and don’ts in
pregnancy is discussed through topics like- discomforts in
Pregnancy, Diet and exercise , labor and delivery, Post
natal care & breast feeding of newborn. Dr Nigmaja (
Physiotherapist ) and Dr Swati ( Dietician), conduct these
sessions. |
